I do all my business through Facebook as it is just so much easier to edit, update, and communicate there. There is no commitment...It's free to join and you can leave at any time. This page is basically just here to make sending the reserve easier for you. Only after you have read the pinned post on the FB page (let me know if you have trouble finding it, it "hides" on some apps) should you scroll to the bottom of this page and send your reserve if still interested.

A reserve in the amount of $100.00 is required to hold a puppy.  A puppy will not be held for Buyer until the Seller receives the funds. The pick of a puppy from a particular litter is given in the order in which the reserves are received.

I do not accept reserves until puppies are born and appear healthy. I will list them on the Facebook page that point so follow the page if you want to know when I start taking reserves on a litter. I will accept money only from the account of the person I am communicating with or their spouse. If payment comes early or in anyone else's name it will be promptly refunded.

Puppies are chosen when they are 4-5 weeks old and go home at 8 weeks old.  This allows puppies to develop markings and coloration so you know if puppy will be tri or bluetick (they're all born tri). 

The reserve signifies that the Buyer intends to follow through with the purchase of the puppy from the Seller.  In the event the Buyer cannot follow through with the purchase of the puppy, the reserve is forfeited and NO refund will be given.  The best policy is to be absolutely certain that you want this particular puppy or pick in a litter before sending your reserve.

Paypal is accepted for reserves only (see link below).  The outstanding balance shall be paid to and received by the Seller prior to the Buyer taking possession of the puppy.  The balance must be paid in cash when the puppy is picked up.

Absolutely no Paypal for total payment or for final payment.

If by tragic accident the puppy dies or is determined to have a congenital defect that prevents the puppy from being a companion animal, a full refund of reserve will be given to the Buyer.  If there is another puppy available, the Buyer may designate their reserve be put towards that puppy.  The Seller reserves the right to refund the reserve even if another puppy is available.  The Seller has the right to void this transaction and refund the reserve if we feel the Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy.  Sterling Tri and Bluetick Beagles may take up to 30 days to return or refund your reserve.

Also, I will accept money only from the account of the person I am communicating with or their spouse. If payment comes in anyone else's name it will be promptly refunded.
